Description

Quercus is a multifunctional outdoor fireplace that can be used not only for heating and creating atmosphere, but also for cooking pizza. The fireplace is wood-fired, and once the flame is well established, the oven can reach a temperature of approximately 250 degrees Celsius. Of course, with Quercus, you can cook not only pizzas but also all baked dishes.

This outdoor fireplace and oven is made of 6mm Corten steel and has a 2-meter-high chimney for smoke exhaust to prevent the annoying presence of smoke and soot. It is equipped with legs, fixed with special stainless steel bolts, to keep the fire elevated from the ground and prevent any rust stains from forming on the surface. Each window is equipped with airfoils that keep them clean during the combustion process. The flue is positioned at the back to allow flames and heat to lick the entire outer surface of the pizza oven. The oven stone is a special stone suitable for pizzas, and Quercus also comes with an aluminum pizza peel.
